http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3OWxqEqLPw&feature=youtu.be(Richmond, IN)–Plans were unveiled Wednesday night for the new Seventh Street Park in Richmond.  The designs for the new park include a playground area and a splash pad for children, an open area for city events, and a covered stretch along Seventh Street which can be used for the local farmers’ market.  The majority of the funding for the project will come from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs as a Stellar Community.  The project, though, is currently $600,000
over budget.
